During this special session, Cahnman's Musings has gotten to know several worthwhile Texas legislators. Representative Jonathan Stickland is one of them. Rep. Stickland was actually standing next to us when we shot this video. He's also the state Rep. whose physical safety was threatened the night of Wendy Davis' filibuster. As regular readers know, Cahnman's Musings can't stand most of the Republicans in the Texas Legislature. We've focused our attention elsewhere during this special session, but the underlying reality remains. The Texas Legislaure needs a lot more Jonathan Stickland's and a lot fewer, well, we'll name names after the Governor signs the pro-life bills into law....
