Patrick fires shot across U.T. Politburo's Bow....

The U.T. Board of Regents is holding a special meeting this afternoon to lay the foundation for a tuition increase; Lt. Governor Patrick isn't buying what they're selling:

Bottom Line: Only the U.T. politburo could be arrogant enough to push a tuition increase when the Football team is 1-3, time will tell if they're arrogant enough to pick a fight with the Texas Senate over this topic.
