Something big happened last week, but it took us several days to grasp the significance.
Last Tuesday, TPPF released their "conservative Texas budget" target for the 85th legislature; we noted it's significance, but then filed it away and didn't expect to look at the number again until sometime next April.
Friday, however, something interesting happened:
Think about that: TPPF releases their report on Tuesday...and the big three act on Friday!!!
The same week.
Bottom Line: Heh, duly noted....
