Adler's "Corridor" Bond: The Opposition Closing Argument

While we do not fully agree with point #2 and would support housing density along the corridors if it were done in a less corrupt way, we fully endorse points 1, 3, and 4:

We will also add that the city transportation department simply isn't capable of executing this complex of a project in anything resembling a competent or timely manner.
