Alvarado Letter RIPS UT System's Houston Expansion

We obtained the following letter from the UT system via open records request.  Remember, Carol Alvarado was Dan Flynn's co-chair on the Wallace Hall impeachment committee.  For those unaware, Alvarado is from Houston:
