Guys,
Here's the template for tomorrow night's debate; obviously, we'll start with Politico and CAP, then the rest of you will pick it up from there.

P.S. Debbie will, as always, be so over the top that you can maintain professional credibility.

Romney's Debate Disappointment
[insert byline here]
Desperate to reverse his campaign's falling poll numbers, Mitt Romney launched racially-tinged and Islamophobic attacks at President Obama during tonight's Presidential debate in Denver.
Romney, who refuses to release his tax returns, revived Newt Gingrich's discredited Primary attack against President Obama as the 'food-stamp President,' seeking to tie the first African-American president to longstanding racial stereotypes about 'welfare queens.'
 [INSERT ROMNEY QUOTE HERE]
Romney's appeals to nativist sentiment continued in the discussion of foreign policy; Romney referred to last month's protests in Egypt and Libya against an offensive YouTube video as a 'terrorist attack,' an Islamophobic term that blames Muslims for acts of violent extremism, including bombings of abortion clinics in the United States.
 [SECOND ROMNEY QUOTE]
"Mitt Romney knows he can't defend the failed George Bush policies of tax cuts for billionaires and shoot-first foreign policy or his own record of outsourcing and denial of contraception" said Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter. "Instead, Mitt Romney chose to launch baseless and bigoted attacks."
Experts warn not to underestimate the appeal of racially-coded language during times of economic uncertainty.
"From Richard Nixon's Southern Strategy to Ronald Reagan's dog-whistle appeals to 'states rights,' subtle appeals to racial sentiment have a long history in Republican campaigns," said Thomas B. Edsall, a journalism professor at Columbia University.

  1. Obama and his cronies are disgusting, dishonest, and make me sick. I hate them all. ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, NY Times, Washington Post, Huffington Post. All of then are violating this country's election system, while slowly trying to take away all of our rights. I just don't get it, why does all the news media not care about the USA? What do they have to gain from Socialistic policies? The news is not reported anymore, how shameful for this country!

    1. You got it almost right but you got the name wrong. It's Romney... not Obama. Very close though. Tell me what exactly rights don't I have now that Obama's been president for 4 years? Same as before? That's what I thought.

  2. Misquotes, distortions, creating their own news. They have no standards. Morality? ethics? No such thing, anything goes for the left-wing liberals because they have no God to answer to.

    1. If that's true then Obama lost the debate by choice... which by the fact that he just let Romney get away with so many obvious lies I think is true. I think he's playing a long game and is just giving Romney enough rope to hang himself.

Ask John Kerry how useful winning the first debate is. Obama didn't win but he let Romney show the American People what a dishonest fraud he is and is paying for it now that we've checked his facts. Go look up how many people are out of work... if it's 12.4 million and not 24 milloin like Romney said several times, then Romney is lying to you and you shouldnt vote for him. It's that simple.

  10. They are truly sick dishonest slime balls and should all be prosecuted for lying and falsifying information. You name it they are doing it. I have never seen this kind of corruption in my life. EVER. If Obama wins I know it is because he did it illegally, and by fixing it and doing everything he can, even losing the Military Absentee ballads. over 100,000 of them. SICK SICK SICK. HE KNOWS HE COULDN'T WIN OTHERWISE. I want to throw up in his face and all the news stations that support and cover up his lies and deceit.
