Who ACTUALLY VOTED EARLY in Texas' Republican Primary: Final Report

"When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice;
But when a wicked man rules, the people groan."
Proverbs 29:2

Derek Ryan released his final report on Saturday, the biggest conclusion:
So, how many people are going to end up voting? That's been the million dollar question lately. Well, if early voting ends up being 50% of the total votes cast, turnout will likely be around 2.7 million. While it isn't likely, if early voting ends up being 60% of the total turnout, the number ends up being around 2.2 million. I'm going to go with 2.5 million as my final guess. (I'm sure I'll hear from many of you if I end up being way off.)

  1. I am surprised at the number of Voters who have voted in both party’s primaries, but most recently voted in a GOP Primary! I was expecting that number to be much bigger. I have been saying 10 to 15 % and was using that to call for a Joe Straus beat down.

  2. Interesting. It does not look like a lot of Ds have crossed over to vote Republican. I was afraid they would try to pick the R candidate. Am I correct?
