Big News from Team Rinaldi:
HOUSE REPUBLICAN CAUCUS CHAIR, REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATORS ENDORSE REP. MATT RINALDI FOR RE-ELECTION

Irving, TX— State Rep. Matt Rinaldi today announced the endorsements of 26 Republican Senators and Representatives, including GOP Caucus Chairman, Rep. Tan Parker and three House committee chairs, in his bid for re-election.

Rep. Tan Parker (R-Flower Mound), who heads the House GOP Caucus, made the following statement in support of Rep. Rinaldi’s re-election: “Matt Rinaldi represented his district well during the 84th Legislative Session. From being a part of balancing the budget, to cutting billions in taxes, to providing real border security and religious protection, and many other conservative accomplishments, he has established himself as a new, strong conservative leader.”

Rep. Phil King (R-Weatherford), a former Fort Worth police officer who chairs the House Select Committee on State & Federal Power & Responsibility stated, “During the 84th Legislature, I had the pleasure of serving with Rep. Matt Rinaldi. HD115 is well represented by such a strong and effective conservative voice.”

A majority of the legislators endorsing Rinaldi worked in the legislature with both Rinaldi and his opponent, former Rep. Bennett Ratliff. Rep. Matt Schaefer (R-Tyler) stated, “I worked with both Rep. Rinaldi and his opponent and the difference is clear. Rep. Rinaldi led on conservative issues like strengthening border security, protecting life, and shrinking government. Ratliff often sided with Democrats both in public and behind the scenes to grow government and kill conservative reforms.”

“I was proud to join with my colleagues to deliver what Gov. Abbott called ‘the most conservative legislative session we’ve ever seen,'” Rinaldi stated. “I’m honored to have the support of so many of my conservative colleagues who I worked with to make that happen. I look forward to continuing to fight side-by-side with them during the next legislative session.”

The following legislators endorsed Rinaldi’s re-election campaign:

Sen. Konni Burton (R-Colleyville)
